1. Before You Purchase To avoid any disappointment, please double-check the installation diagrams and size charts on our product pages. If you are unsure whether a starter fits your specific engine, please contact us! We are happy to help you verify the dimensions before you order to ensure a smooth hobby experience.
2. About Returns We accept returns for items in their original, brand-new condition. Please Note: To protect the interests of all our customers, we cannot accept returns for items that show signs of installation (such as screw marks, scratches, or any visible wear), as these cannot be resold as new. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain our high quality standards.
3. Quality Support & Warranty If you encounter any issues with your product, we are here to help! Please email us at zxdlttzlj@gmail.com with clear photos or a short video showing the issue. Our technical team will review your case to determine the cause:
- Manufacturing Defects: If confirmed as a factory defect, we will provide a replacement or repair to solve the problem.
- Improper Use: If damage is caused by improper installation or misuse, we still offer repair services and replacement parts at a reasonable cost to get you back on the track quickly.
4. Shipping for Returns If a return is necessary for non-quality reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to China. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
